Another name for a tornado is a twister.
One specific tornado name is the Tri-State Tornado, which occurred on March 18, 1925 and is considered to be one of the deadliest tornadoes in US history. It traveled through Missouri, Illinois, and Indiana, causing extensive damage and claiming the lives of over 600 people.

No. No tornado has a name. Every hurricane, gets a name , though, with the exception of one hurricane in 1991 which was simply called "the Perfect Storm."
Tornadoes are not formally named, hurricanes are. However, many tornadoes are named for where they hit or towns they go near. Though sometimes this leads to one tornado being called by multiple names. For example one infamous tornado that occurred on May 3, 1999 is often called the Oklahoma City tornado, the Moore, Oklahoma tornado, and the Bridgecreek-Moore tornado.
Tornadoes are not given names like hurricanes are. However they are often referred to by where they hit. One tornado that will no doubt be remembered in infamy was the Joplin, Missouri tornado of May 22, 2011.

Zorro has had two horses over the years. Tornado (the black one) and Phantom (the white one). Tornado was the main horse but when Diego returns to Los Angeles it would be hard to explain where Tornado came from so the writers introduced Phantom who was given to him by a dying soldier. It is not mentioned about what happens to Tornado afterwards.
The F5 tornado of 1999 May 3, 1999 does not have a name, nor does any tornado. It is often called the Oklahoma City tornado, the Moore tornado, or the Bridge Creek-Moore tornado in reference to the areas it hit.
