Younger people are more adaptable to changes (such as marriage).Teens are faced with difficult situations before they become "adults," and it's nice to have a spouse by your side during these times.You grow together.I think that if the appropriate choices and preparations are made, teen marriages can be very happy, and very successful. They just need to keep finances, kids (if they decide to have them), and their futures in mind.
In "less advanced regions" such as the southern states of Guerrero, Oaxaca and Chiapas, it is very common to find marriages between teenagers. Also teen pregnancy is quite prevalent in such areas south of the country.

Non-existant! Marriages were arranged when people were very young, and teens were not allowed to casually see each other, or "date" as they do today.
The hardest time of life to be depressed is when your a teen. teens are already emotional let alone with depression, and the stresses of school. day to day activities appear impossible, and it is very difficult to concentrate. making school worse. sometimes ts just to much to handle.

Yes, there are already programs such like that, that are related to teen parenting to understand the hardships and sacrifices of parents, on what to do everyday to there family and specially about sex education. And I raise my suggestion that it would be better in summer time to avoid stresses so that you will fully understand the lessons of teen parenting programs.
Catholic priests have always had the authority to perform marriages but I am assuming they are licensed to perform marriages when they are ordained. Marriage, or matrimony, is one of the Seven Sacraments of the Church. Also, Catholic priests do not perform marriages but they actually witness them.
