Orbital speed is determined by the mass of the body and the distance from the sun. Given its extreme distance, Pluto has the slowest orbit. However, Pluto is no longer considered a planet, but instead a planetoid. Therefore Neptune now has the slowest orbit.

The farther it is from the Sun, the weaker the Sun's gravitational pull, and the slower it moves in its orbit.
The length of a planet's year is the time it takes to complete one orbit around the Sun. The closer a planet is to the Sun the shorter its year. There are 2 reasons for that: 1) The planet's orbital path is shorter. 2) The nearer a planet is to the Sun, the faster it moves in its orbit.
