To kick a ball you would mostly use your buttocks , caff muscle, thigh muscle, ab muscles.. there are so many muscles in the human body that contribute to the most simplest of things .... the brain, heart and lungs would be the origin that would be in most use...
the position at which the end of the muscles is attached by means of a tendon to a movable bone whereas insertion is the attachment of muscles to the movable bone.. also origin is generally closer to the mid line of the body whereas insertion is farther away..
Second order commonly refers to muscles anatomical Origin, Insertion, Innervation, Function.Origin: point where the muscle starts fromInsertion: point of muscle insertion or attachmentInnervation: which nerve(s) innervate or supply nervous impulses to the muscleFunction: the function of the muscle- what the muscle does.

There are three types of muscle in your body: striated, smooth and cardiac. The striated muscle is also called skeletal muscle and it is this type of muscle that moves your joints. Skeletal muscles are attached by tendons to the bones that they act on.

THe legs are the most used in football, especially the calf and thigh muscles. Naturally, the amount of kicking and running associated with football leads to the bulging of calf muscles. But this only after long amounts of practice.
Skeletal muscles attach to bones by Insertion
Insertion of muscles are located in different areas depending on the muscle in question. The insertion of the latissimus dorsi muscle is the arm.
muscle origin
Both the origin and insertion points attach muscles to bone. The muscles are moving the bones so they must be attached directly to bone.
The origin is the immovable end, while insertion is the movable end. Some muscles have more than one origin, like the biceps brachii. The insertion of the biceps brachii is attached to the radius of your forearm while the origins are located on your scapula.
These muscles all have a ligament of insertion which is called the patellar ligament. This ligament inserts to the tibial tuberosity.
Muscles that are attached to the bone and allow body movements are Skeletal Muscles.
