"Rover" .
Pluto and/or Goofy .
Actually Walt Disney created a cartoon dog character named Pluto to the Mickey Mouse cartoon series in the former planet's honor after the planet was discovered. The name Pluto was proposed by a 11 year old little girl named Vernetia Burney from Oxford, England. The name was derived from "Pluto" the god of the underworld in classic mythology.
"Pluto the Pup" was named for the (now dwarf) planet discovered in 1930, the same year Disney animators gave Mickey Mouse his pet canine. (The dog depiction was used for two bloodhounds in a previous cartoon.)

In the Prokofiev original, the duck does not have a name, it's just called "the duck." In the Disney cartoon, the duck's name is Sonia. Sonia escapes the wolf in the Disney version; in the original, the duck does get eaten (but a line at the end explains that the duck was swallowed alive and can still be heard quacking in the wolf's stomach, which I guess is better than nothing).
Walt Disney had a dog named Lady who was a poodle, but in his biography "Walt Disney a Biography" he said he adopted a dog named Ginger in France who soon after died in America.
Minnie mouses dogs name was Rover. Rover was only seen on maybe one or two episodes of the original cartoon.
