Orochimaru is alive in shippudden how the hell is that possible?

I think that, if orochimaru was dead, the seals within Anko would have gone automatically. Since the seal was in Anko's Body it seems that he wasn't killed or got sealed by Itachi.

If the Above statement isn't true, then the other way could be that the Kabuto Summoned Orochimaru using the "Edo Tensei", he might have summoned Orochimaru in a secret place before the war started. This might have allowed the Orochimaru to Live. In fact Uchiha madara is still Alive has he knew the seal to release the Edo Tensei, in this way he was able to stop being left out of the battle. Orochimaru might have known the seal to release the Edo tensei and therefore he must be alive somewhere within the battlefield.

Another Possibility could be that he must have some how managed to save himself from Itachi when he was about to Seal Orochimaru.
