osteoporosis can be defined as a type of disease which is characterized by low bone mass and deteriorates the bone tissues makes them useless or weaker to support the body. It causes increased bone fragility and risk of fracture at large scale , particularly of the hip, spine and wrist etc as they are the important bones of the person for working.
