Funny bone?
The elbow is formed by three bones: the radius, the ulna and the humerus.
The Ulna is the common name for: Lower Arm Bone.
elbow boneUlna is the medically correct term for the bone that forms the elbow area of the arm.

There is no such thing as an elbow bone, because the elbow is a joint. The forearm has the Ulna and the Radius bones, and there is no elbow bone.
Funny bone :-)
Outer or inner? The bone between the shoulder and the elbow is the humerus. The two bones in the forearm (between the elbow and the wrist) are the larger, longer bone, the radius, and the smaller bone, the ulna.

The "tip" of the elbow (ginglymus joint) is part of the larger lower arm bone, the ulna, and is called the olecranon.
