White Grape Juice made from concentrate gives a pH of around 2 - 2.1.
This would be more acidic than Orange Juice. someone please fix this.
I tested it today in lab class, it seems a lot but the White Grape juice we had had a pH of about 2.
The pH level for grapefruit juice is between 3 - 3.3
The pH level of grapefruit typically ranges from 3.0 to 3.3, making it acidic.

there is pretty much no acidity in a grapefruit...it is only bitterness.
To compare the hydrogen ion concentration in grapefruit juice at pH 3 and tomato juice at pH 4, we can use the formula ( [H^+] = 10^{-pH} ). At pH 3, the concentration of hydrogen ions is ( 10^{-3} ) M, and at pH 4, it is ( 10^{-4} ) M. This means that the grapefruit juice has ten times more hydrogen ions than the tomato juice, indicating that a glass of grapefruit juice contains significantly more acidity than a glass of tomato juice.
Vinegar is more acidic than grapefruit juice. Vinegar typically has a pH of around 2.4 to 3.4 due to its acetic acid content, while grapefruit juice has a pH of about 3.0 to 3.8, primarily from citric acid. Therefore, vinegar is generally considered to be more acidic than grapefruit juice.
Acid-- it has a ph of less than 7.
Lemon has a higher concentration of Citric acid that is why it is more sour.
Ruby red grapefruit juice typically has a pH level ranging from 3.0 to 4.0, making it quite acidic. This acidity contributes to its tangy flavor profile. The exact pH can vary slightly depending on the ripeness of the fruit and the specific processing methods used.
a lemon is more sour than a grapefruit because it is more acidic.
I think it would be either a lemon a grapefruit (the yellow grapefruit is the most sour).
