What about the PVC hose?
The 92 skylark eather has a 3.1 Liter V6, a 3.8 Liter V6 or a 2.2 Liter 4 Cylinder.
Standard 10w-30 motor oil goes into a 92 Buick Skylark. It has a capacity of 4.5 quarts of oil for the four cylinder model.
It could be the radiator, the hoses, a leaking coolant tank or the water pump.
Don't think so. Mine just has Drive, Low 2 and Low 1.
On top of the valve cover. There a hose connected to it that runs up to the air cleaner.
.060 (Double-check with a Buick dealer's service center. They'll know for sure).
if you would buy some thing made by the us you would not have to even worry about it.
Sounds like a very resonable price for this repair.
On my 92 Buick Skylark my oil filter is right under the alternator in that area right next to the shocks housing, its is pretty clear to see you have a little bit of room to work with but you should be able to get it. Good Luck
If there is a PVC valve and hose and filter connected to the air intake, oil could be sucked up from the valve covers when the throttle is applied. perhaps the PVC valve needs to be changed.
The '92 and '97 cars had a different design but the windshields may be the same. You should check with an auto glass place.
I've got a '92 skylark, and had a problem with the brake lights staying on even after the car was off. There is an adjustment that is connected to the brake pedal that you can adjust the tension on. It's kind of a pain to get up under there unless you're skinny though.
