I believe that these symptoms are not related. The neck pain is most likely from strained muscles, the nose bleed is from blowing your nose too much, and the ear ache is perhaps from unequalized pressure due to a blockage of your Eustacian canal - but all of these are hypothetical diagnoses, and only if you are examined by a doctor can you get a reliable diagnosis.

Sounds like a good reason to visit a doctor. If I had to guess what caused it, I'd say you were hit in the head. Though if that was the problem you'd not likely be asking. Ear ache, eye pain, pain on right side of the face (or the body it's not clear) could be a lot of things, even high blood pressure, but perhaps a sinus infection could have these symptoms also. See a doctor - it could be serious, or it could be simple, but getting it checked out is the best answer. - I have the same problem it just appeared right now I have pain on the right side of my head/face with ear ache and also in my right eye (started in my right eye) and after i had a nose bleed. Answer me if you went to the doctor and if is serious so i should visit mine. Thank You.
