Could i be pregnant i have had stomach cramps for 4 days like period is about to come but it hasn't. I had sex around ovulation?

There is a good chance that you are. There is a good chance you are pregnant. Bad cramps this early is bit unusual. If you have discharge along with these cramps seek medical attention immediatley because you may have and STD or damage to your cervix or vaginal walls. Planned Parent hood is a great place to go if you want to be discrete.

∙ 15y agoYes, I would say that there's a 99 percent chance you are pregnant. Period like cramps are one of the first signs of pregnancy, it happens when implantation occurs (so you're timing is right on). This is what happened to me when I got pregnant, and a few days before I was supposed to get my period, it dawned on me that I've had cramps for almost 2 weeks now. I quickly Googled cramps and early pregnancy symptom and found the answer. I knew that I was pregnant immediately.
