You might want to try rubbing alcohol or a finger nail polish remover that contains acetone.
Yes BUT it depends on the material
If the stains were made by a washable marker, they will come out if you wash them in the washing machine with hot water. If they were made by permanent marker there is no guarantee that it will come out. Pretreat the shoelaces, rinse them, and soak them in bleach if they are white.
Vinegar may not be effective in completely removing permanent marker stains from fabric. It is recommended to use rubbing alcohol or a stain remover specifically designed to remove permanent marker stains. Test on a small, inconspicuous area of the fabric first to ensure it does not cause damage.
Try using rubbing alcohol or acetone nail polish remover. Soak a cloth in the solution and gently rub the permanent marker off the chalkboard. Make sure to test a small area first to ensure it won't damage the chalkboard surface.
no because it needs to have a supper strong level of alcohol
Water is not able to remove permanent markers - a special solvent would need to be used.
Hey Thanks for the question ... My answer is Yes, probably. The skin is delicate and dont try and stain it too much, or you could damage it, especially with lots of ink. Try and avoid permanent marker on skin!! --- P.S. If you DO get a permanent marker stain on your skin, you can get it off with a product called Amodex Ink and Stain Remover. Its best use is for stains on clothing (because those stains are much tougher), but it easily takes marker or other stains off skin. It's also non-toxic.
To effectively remove permanent marker stains from wood surfaces, you can try using rubbing alcohol or acetone. Apply the solution to a clean cloth and gently rub the stained area until the marker fades. Be sure to test a small, inconspicuous area first to ensure it doesn't damage the wood finish.
To remove permanent marker stains, try rubbing alcohol, nail polish remover, or a mixture of baking soda and toothpaste. Apply the substance to the stain, then gently scrub with a cloth until the marker fades. Repeat as necessary until the stain is gone.
To effectively remove permanent marker stains from furniture, you can try using rubbing alcohol or nail polish remover on a cotton ball or cloth. Gently dab the stained area and then wipe it clean with a damp cloth. Repeat as needed until the stain is removed.
I use baking soda to clean my acrylic tub/shower. It gets out a multitude of stains. Maybe it will work on this
when you have rubbing alcohol with 91% more alcohol, distilled white vinegar, and water the distilled white vinegar wins for some reason but I'm guessing if acetone removes permanent marker then get an acetone nail polish remover and try that and vinegar an alcohol.
