An evil person is one who is inclined to do evil. They find some perverted joy in doing so. It may be because they have seen family members doing evil or their peer group and suppose that they should also do evil. There is of course the other alternative and that is that their bodies have been taken over by an evil spirit because of the evil nature of the person. They may not be entirely in control of their actions. People are not born evil, but are influenced by the ways of the world.
