Technically, no, computers do not have personalities. Technically, you have to be a person to have a personality. A computer and its software might have quirks or idiosycrasies, or it might be programmed to artfully simulate a human personality, but it doesn't really have a personality. This technical fact, however, does not stop people from imagining that their pets, vehicles, appliances, tools, weather, plants, etc, have personalities. This is called personification, and it is a widespread and long-standing psychological tendency of people everywhere.

Mine does, it feels a strong love for me its builder. In fact I think its safe to say it worships me. Better than a girlfriend at times it gets turned on whenever I want, and is very fast. Has great memory, and doesn't complain when I ask it to store a lot of my stuff.



As true as the statement is above, if you mean feelings like emotional feelings, most other computers don't seem to be as competent in the feelings department as my computer so the answer to your question as of right now would be no. Computers as a whole currently don't seem to show any indication of having feelings.
