The plural form of wish is wishes. The plural possessive form of wish is wishes'.

This doesn't come up that often but I can construct an example sentence. When we are helping the children, they can wish for what they want, but their wishes' conditions are that the cost must be within $10,000 per child, and that they do not require anything that is illegal or scandalous.
