Fight alot
Use an R4 (download card for ds somtimes folty) and download diamond then find one rare candy and multiply by using a cheat.
Other cheat packs work as well
Use the GTS (global trading station) and trade a rubbish Pokemon for a lv100.

One answer: GTS. Trading is the key, there's always bound to be someone who wants the Pokemon you're offering. it wasn't early but i traded a lvl 30 lvardevior for a lvl 100 shiny umbreon (ITS TRUE!) and i traded my lvl 100 palkia for a lvl 100 deoxys
