It starts off the same as the original Pokemon games with color, thogh there are islands that arnt in the other game you can also get more than three islands after you beat the Elite Four you go to celio and he will ask for a ruby go to mt. ember talk to the two team rocket members and he will fight you then you cango inside a cave behind them and the ruby is in there then bring it to celio and you can now go to 7 islands

∙ 9y agoLeafgreen is the codename for the remake of the original Green version on Gameboy. Green wasn't released outside of Japan so Leafgreen is seen as the international release of Green version. Green was released internationally but it was released as Pokemon Blue version instead. To keep the original games intact the development for the remakes of Red and Green version were chosen instead of Red and Blue version. A remake of Blue version was not made as it shares everything with Green.

This remake updates graphics, music, and the pokemon database to match the current generation with which it was placed in which was the 3rd at the time. With an all new adventure to go through and tons more pokemon to recieve you once again get the chance to enjoy the original pokemon classics modified to your pleasure and completing the game gives you a bonus of exploring new areas exclusive to the remakes along with a way to trade and battle between Firered, Ruby, Sapphire, Emerald, Pokemon Colosseum, and Pokemon XD Gale of Darkness.
