this is the only way I know to get a Wondercard but i think there is way more possible ways to get 1but i got a wondercard by doing a Wi-Fi event with Mystery Gift option and then i got a Mew (etc.) and when you got a Event Pokemon, Item or something else you receive a Wondercard like a kinda "Proof" you can only get 3 wondercards at a time then you have to delete something which WONT delete the item, Pokemon you got!^^
