First you need to get an action replay witch you can find on www.amizon .com for $20 then you need to find the arcraus cheat on line then put it in your action replay go to hte nearest pokemart and press l&r at the same time then you can enter there should be a gue in a green soot standing next to the desk talk to him and he will give you the Flute then go to the top of mt.conet as soon as you get to the top it will say that the flute is doing somthig it will ask you if you want to play the flute say yes magical glass like stears go up to the top and arcaus will be standing right thereinfront of you.
