Darkari: go to fullmoon island and walk over right then down until you get to an island on which darkari will be standing battle him and capture him with a master ball

Shaymin: (Acess shaymin mystery gift) Go in front of the Pokemon league building then walk right until you get to a route (224 or 204, I forget) then shaymin will be standing in a patch of flowers.
