IN POKEMON DIAMOND TO ENTER INTO PALPARK,FIRST YOU NEED TO FINISH SINOH POKEDEX AND FLY TO SANDGEM TOWN THERE DOWN WILL BE WATER SURF ON IT AND GO STRAIGHT DOWNWARDS AND THEN YOU WILL FIND A PASSAGE TOWARDS RIGHT GO THERE AND YOU WILL BE IN PALPARK ISLAND AND THEN IT IS EASIY TO SEARCH FOR PALPARK AFTER THIS AND ONE MORE THING YOU CAN GO TO THE ISLAND BEFORE FINISHING THE POKEDEX BUT YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO ENTER IT.
