u have to have got the national dex and talked to professor oak in Pal Park. then he will say he is in Eterna City. go to the house at the end where u didnt see anyone there before. oak's there and he'll tell u about articuno zapdos and moltres, the three legendary birds. then u can catch them. PS.u need to have completed the Sinnoh pokedex to get the national dex.

∙ 12y agoyou can migrate them from fire red or leaf green or you either get the national dex, go to the pal park, then go to the house to the left of the eterna gym and professor oak should be there and he will tell you about sightings of the 3 legendary birds. now use you Pokemon tracking app on you poketch and go catch them! :)

∙ 14y agoyou cant. zapdos,moltres, and articuno can only be found in leafgreen and firered. Or u can use action replay (which you can buy at game stop for $25.)
