Go down Spring Path to Sendoff Spring. There will be a cave called Turnback Cave. At the end of Turnback Cave is Giratina. Turnback Cave is pretty much my favourite cave as, no matter which way you go, you'll always end up getting to Giratina. But, what ever you do, don't go out of the same door you came into a room as, because you'll end up where you started from. What worked for me when getting through Turnback Cave was basically go through the door on the right every time.
Giratina Altered Forme,if you ran away from it or beat it in the Distortion World. If you caught it before, there is a room where a portal to the Distortion World is standing. If you jump inside the portal, you will find a Grieceos Orb,which changes Giratina to it's Origin Forme even if it's in the Human World.
You don’t find any Pokémon on Spring Path. It leads you to Sendoff Spring where you can find various different pokemon. Go to the back and use Rock Climb to slide down the mountain, then enter the cave at the bottom (Turnback Cave). Keep moving forward in the cave and you’ll find Giratina at level 70.
Spring path is near on of the lakefronts. It leads to Turnback cave, where you find Giritina.
Get the National pokedex and go to Veilstone city. go down and at the right and there will be a space go thrue.
i think u need to have battled giratina in the distortion world and u come out there
Beat the pokemon league then if you have seen more than 150 pokemons on your poke dex, talk to proffessor rowan and get the national dex. Then open up your map and spring path is there.
You beat the Elite four.
garittianna
The red Gyrados is found in the Sendoff lake at the Spring Path.
First you have to beat the Elite 4 and it's east of route 214 via the spring path... Turnback Cave is a dungeon that opens WITH the Spring Path when you get the National Pokedex.
It is a path that is accessable after you have received the National Dex. It will open up on Route 214 above Lake Valor and to your left. Spring Path has level 52-54 Golduck, Bibarel, Noctowl, Staravia, and Chimecho so be prepared. Once you make it through you will follow the path and you will eventually end up at Turnback Cave. This is where you will find the legendary Pokemon Giratina. If you need any further help, you can e-mail me at crayola.explosion@yahoo.com. I hope this helped you. :)
Pokemon #79 in Diamond is Seaking. You can find it on routes 203, 204, 209, 212-North & 214, Twinleaf Town, Resort Area, Lake Verity, Lake Acuity, Lake Valor, and the Spring Path (Fish with super rod).
From Velistone city, go down the path like your going to Sunnyshore city, but on the way there, there should be an opening called Spring Path.Go into the cave and figure out the riddle to find Giratina. BTW on your pokemap, spring path is the little square part of route 214.

Yes you can. You have to beat the game and at route 214 spring path will open and in the spring path there is a cave called Turn Back cave and somewhere in there will be Giratina.
