Then get the key in the tiny ware house then with your new key you can open the door in the bigger ware house, get to the top of it battle the boss then get to the trapped Pokemon free them then get to the top of mt coronet then beat the commanders then talk to PALKIA battle PALKIA till he has one HP then catch him.
