You may be speaking of Rest or Snore or Sleep Talk. Rest : Fully recovers your Pokémon (excluding PP) however, stays asleep for two turns. There are many combos which can use this move awesomely. Snore : Not sure if it's a TM, just listing incase. Snore can only be used when you are asleep, and if you use it and wake up, then it will fail. This can be used with Rest as you can tell how long you'll be asleep. Sleep Talk : Chooses a random move of your Pokemon's moveset. If used with Rest, there is a possibility of it picking Rest so that will fail. Also, it cannot pick Sleep Talk, like Metronome picking Metronome.
