Potatoes are made of simple carbohydrates, which can lead to bloating and constipation if consumed too much. This is because they have very little fiber and are turned quickly into sugars in the body. If you are not active but still eat a lot of potatoes( or any simple carbs), the sugars will be stored and you will feel extremely full. But of course, it is okay in moderation.
