Fuses... I've noticed that Malibu's are, if nothing else, leaky. look for corrosion, broken, burned, or blackened casings on the fuse itself. change them all at one time if you can. you'll need at least 20, so a value pack from advance or auto zone might not be a bad investment.
If they still don't work then check the plugs themselves. they could be burned out as well...
