I had this happen to me once, along with all my other courtesy features, locks, remote entry. for me it was a fuse, so i would start there. good luck!

First, make sure that the fuse is still working. Use the vehicle manual to determine the correct fuse. Next, pop out the sunroof switch, it should come out with a flathead screwdriver and some slight gental leverage. The sunroof motor should be visable under the headliner where the sunroof switch was. If the motor is stuck it is holding the sunroof in place. It needs to be removed. (Before removing test the wires to see if power is getting to the motor. If there is power you know this is not an electrical problem.) There should only be a few small bolts holding it in. Experiment with different ratchet sizes to see which will fit. Once the motor removed the sunroof should be easy to slide down.
