no chance, that's why they tell you not to read it after a certain amount of time has gone by, the chemicals used to make the test could have a false reaction if you let it sit long enough, I'm guessing that if a Guy were to take a pregnancy test and let it sit for a few hours there's a possibility of even that turning positive... but obviously he's not prego...
Depending on how sensitive the home pregnancy test is, some claim to detect pregnancy as early as 7-14 days after conception. The test measures the hormone hCG, which is released by the body after conception. For best results, take the test with the first morning urination, or wait several hours since the last time you've urinated. Drinking large amounts of water or frequent urination can create inaccurate results. Good luck!

A pregnancy test must be read in the time specified in the instructions in order to get an accurate result. That time is never eight hours.
I believe it may take 2-5 days in order to allow the pregnancy hormones to build up to a level where they can be detected by a home pregnancy test. Having said that, I took a pregnancy test within hours of having an implantation bleed with my son and it appeared positive within seconds!

Well, there seem to be mixed theories about when the pregnancy hormones leave your system after birth. I, personally, thought that it was 24 hours later, but then I've looked on a few websites and another says 8 weeks, which I think is a little bit long
