no chance, that's why they tell you not to read it after a certain amount of time has gone by, the chemicals used to make the test could have a false reaction if you let it sit long enough, I'm guessing that if a Guy were to take a pregnancy test and let it sit for a few hours there's a possibility of even that turning positive... but obviously he's not prego...
