Wireless printers are typically a little more expensive than non-wireless ones, however with their growing popularity prices are coming down. I would expect to spend at least $160 to get a good quality printer. If that doesn't fit your budget, HP does have two e-All-in-One printers that start out under $100. These models can not only print wirelessly from a computer, but also from handheld devices like iPads and iPhones.

Will two identical wireless printers in the same house working off two different laptops interfere with each other?

Wireless printers do not need laptops for to work. If you really have two identical wireless printers, configured using DHCP. You should not have any conflicts. If you are using static IP addressing you might have conflicts if you choose the same IP for both. If your printers connected to laptops which make you printers wireless, again you should not have any problems (if the laptops do not have problems with its IPs).
