Processed Application Returned To AC means that your passport is in Transit after being processed. Gerry's will call you for collection of your passport as soon as it is received at the visa application centre. There is no fixed limit of time for transit process of passport.
P.S. It usually takes 5-14 days to receive a collection message.

Neither. It simply means that your application is being returned to you by couries as opposed to by mail.

I called at FedEx number and asked to explain the word AC. Their representative told me that my application was still under process at Abu Dhabi Center. Here AC means Abu Dhabi Center. It means that your application has been processed. It could be granted or a rejection/
