Typically, yes. Most 1990-1995 4runner's came with the same factory 3.0 V6 engine and are interchangeable.
Leave the fan on and put a clutch under the fan, than if you have a turbo connect the fan blower to the turbo
Engine, not motor, and yes, it can be done feasibly.
What why would you want to put an older motor into a newer car? And are you sure this is from a 1991 sounds like a 1992 motor.
yes
probably not, since 1989-1990 came with sohc ka24e motor not the dohc ka24de motor in the 1991 and newer versions
Depends on what motor V8 or V6 both have different capacities v6 is 5.2L and v8 is 6.2L
If you put the same size in, no.
If you use the motor mounts off of the 1991 explorer also, it will fit and transmission should line up if it is same size motor. If going from a automatic to a standard, you will have to replace the flywheel.
no, at least not if your T100 has the 60/40 bench. The 4runner seat mounts are closer together than the mounting holes on the T100. I put a 97 4runner drivers seat in my 96 T100, but it required lots of cutting drilling and a handful of grade 8 bolts. Can be done, just not straightforward.
I just had the motor in my son's 1995 camaro replaced (LT-1). They dropped the transmission, motor and front suspension all together. and put it back as one piece also.
