First, run a compression test. That will tell you if you have the cam in right.
If the compression is up, check the distributor. It's quite common for a distributor to be put in "180 degrees out of phase".
The distributor rotor should point to the #1 piston not JUST when it's at #1TDC, but when the piston is at the top of the compression stroke of #1TDC. Note that in a 4 cycle engine the crankshaft turns twice for every revolution of the distributor.
what is wrong when the truck just turn over and want start.
Check your fuel filter
Check fuel Check spark
Yes.
my first thought would be to check the starter . if you can tap on the starter and it starts after that..you have a bad starter .
The most common reason for a vehicle not to turn over is a bad alternator. If the alternator is not charging the battery the engine will not start, regardless of the battery age.
Fuel pressure? spark?
Does it turn over? Does it turn over?
Your truck will not turn over when the key is turned if the battery is dead, the ignition switch has failed, or the starter is bad. All can be readily repaired at a local mechanic or dealership.
I dont know what causes this, but my '98 Navi was doing the same thing. All I did was turn the ignition over, but not all the way (dont start the truck). Hold it in that position for about 5-10 seconds and then turn it over completely. The theft light will stop blinking and you should be able to start the vehicle.
ignition control module
Will turn over but will not start
