Well, for all i know (a big layton fan) There are no actual cheats that will gain you more picarats, or get higher without solvin a puzzle and ect. BUT, This is a good website or should i say blog, for the people not specializing in answers. It is illustrated, and it displays the hints before the answer to the puzzle so you do not have to find as many hint coins, and it has every place for hint coins, every hidden puzzle and where to find them and it list the puzzles in order. Good luck in finishing, especially if you have not yet got into the tower!

There must be a puzzle missing, Have a look at the list of puzzles you have already answered and see if there are any numbers missing, when you have found the numbers that are missing, go to Granny Riddleton's Shack and see if the missing puzzles are located there, If they are not there then they are probably hidden puzzles will still be in their original locations.

When you solve puzzles sometimes they give your items for the decorator's house, the Art lover's house, the Inventor's house, and sometimes you only get Picarats. Puzzle number 5 has a list of which puzzles have certain items and just what they are. I have tried to use that to adjust each puzzle answer to include them and I have also put many links to puzzle number 5 under the related questions below the answers. These are some of the puzzle numbers which have items to furnish the rooms 18, 33, 43 46, 47, 49, 50, 53, 55, 56, 57, 61, 63, 69, 71, 72, 73, 75, 77, 78, 80, 82, 83, 88, 89, 91, 103, 104, 109, and Beatrice has a puzzle at the Inn.

Open the Camera. Place the squarest part. add the glass part after rotating a quarter turn clockwise. Add the button part after rotating a quarter turn clockwise. add the button part after rotating a half turn. add the two-sided part after rotating a quarter turn clockwise. Add the screw part. Add the battery part after rotating a quarter turn anti-clockwise. Add the spring part after rotating a quarter turn anti-clockwise. add the tiny part.
