He played for the phillies for one year and now he is a high school math teacher
I am not clear if you are asking about a college math class or high school math class. If it is college you take it for one semester. Some math classes are divided into two parts and you take one the first semester and then the second half the next semester. If this is high school it could be for the entire year.
Math is something that is needed in daily life. We start at the preschool level so children will be prepared for kindergarten and math skills are built upon and increased every year after that. In high school and post high school, math that is learned is usually chosen according to the profession the individual wants to pursue.
To become an architect, it is recommended to take high school math classes such as Algebra, Geometry, Trigonometry, and Calculus. These classes will help you develop a strong foundation in math skills that are essential for architectural design and construction. Additionally, classes in physics and art may also be beneficial for a career in architecture.

Take as much Math & Science as you can - it will help you out in the long run, if your school offers college level math during your senior year - take it! Good luck!
