∙ 14y agoChristmas, the celebration of the birth of Jesus Christ, is not mentioned in The Bible. In fact, while the Bible is explicit about the time of His death, it does not say when He was born. There is also no historic record of anyone celebrating His birth until about two centuries after the fact.

∙ 13y agoThere are several scriptures outlining the birth of Jesus,(Matthew 1:18-2:23)(Luke 1:26-56)(Luke 2:1-20), the events leading up to his birth, the prophecies he fulfilled on his arrival, but nothing on 'Christmas' per-se, as it was not a Christian festival in the first century.
