Scenic fuel cap locks operate with the door system - it's a security thing - if you use the remote to unlock your doors then you will find the fuel flap will open. Of course it will lock when you use the remote to lock the doors.
get in the car close all doors lock the doors from inside with switch on your left press you will see a red light NOW OPEN DRIVER DOOR AND LOCK DRIVER DOOR WITH KEY ALL THE DOORS WILL BE LOCKED hope this helps you

I think you have to push the 'unlock' button twice in order to unlock the doors.
You have to unlock the car doors for the filler cap door to unlock. This means ALL of the doors, not just the drivers.

You have to press the unlock button 2 or 3 times to get both doors to unlock no programming needed
You beat the TRAINERS first then the doors unlock and you can go through them ^^
the brakes cause the vibration as for the doors it's probably a relay or inline fuse blown somewhere
Have you tried to put it back? It may just work, if you want to replace the radio I would bring it to the dealer
