There isn't a consensus, but as far as I'm concerned, is FC Porto.
Interesting that you should ask. From what I can see, the east end of Runway-28 at Salgado Filho International Airport, which serves Porto Alegre, is located at29.994855° south latitude51.159396° west longitude. That's only about 572 meters north of the 30° South parallel, and the other endof the same runway is about 623 meters north of it.If you didn't need a really fine point on it, you could say that the whole townsits right on the 30° S parallel. But you had me curious by now, so I had to go and look around town for a pointthat's closer, and also easy to describe. In the Navagantes district of the north part of Porto Alegre, the center of the intersectionof Avenida Ferrapos and Avenida Sertório is 10.28 meterssouth of the 30° S parallel. That's as close as I can get you.

The city located at approximately 30 degrees south latitude and 51 degrees west longitude is Montevideo, the capital of Uruguay. Latitude and longitude coordinates are used to pinpoint specific locations on the Earth's surface, with latitude indicating how far north or south a location is from the equator, and longitude indicating how far east or west a location is from the Prime Meridian. Montevideo is a major cultural and economic hub in South America.
The Madeira Islands are part of Portugal... Here in the Atlantic Ocean, not too far from the centre of Europe, we find the islands of Madeira and Porto Santo. The archipelago is famous for its friendly people, exceptional natural beauty and mild climate. Madeira Islands are just a short trip from Europe, to a destination where you can combine holidays on the beach, in the mountains or in the city. Madeira and Porto Santo are the ideal places to relax and restore the balance of mind and body that you need to face the stress of daily life.
'tele' roughly meaning 'far' or 'from a distance' (television, telephone, telegraph, telescope, etc) and 'port' roughly meaning 'entrance,' 'doorway,' or 'carry' (ports are entrances for ships, portals are entrances through space (also 'portal' can be used to mean 'door')) -- from the latin, 'porto' is the word to mean 'i carry' and is loosely related. Thus, a 'teleport' is something that'll allow you to be carried/enter to placed that are far away/at a distance. 'to teleport' is simply the verb, and 'teleportation' is the abstract noun.
This is a difficult question to answer. Lisbon is by far the largest city and as a result has the most money. However, this does not make it the wealthiest city per capita in Portugal. I imagine that one of the resort towns in the Algarve which have wealthy British expats is probably the wealthiest city per capita. For the "normal" Portuguese cities I would expect Porto to surpass Lisbon in per capita wealth.
Barcelona is located on the northeast coast of the Iberian Peninsula, facing the Mediterranean Sea. It's 350 miles to San Sebastian, 700 miles to Gibraltar, 720 miles to Porto and 760 miles to Lisbon, all ports on the Atlantic Ocean.
