well u have 2 water types u should replace it with anther useful type like a dragon type Pokemon like dratini and evolve it to dragonite and u shouldn't use legendary Pokemon so take lugia out I think a good team needs to be balanced. A balanced team would be: typhlosion electivire/electabuzz togekiss/pidgeot slowking scizor dragonite/garchomp those types match the elite for, the types u need. Bug for phsycic, water and flying for Bruno, can teach dragonite or another Pokemon earthquake for Koga, can teach electabuzz fighting and ice or dragon for lance
