i dont care about forbidden cards this is not a tournament deck
Answer - from I Am Jebus: You don't like repeats? Your deck won't nearly be as good then. 3 Shura and 3 Bora are considered staples in Blackwings, as are 3 Icarus Attack. I don't care if you play Traditional format, you still need multiples of cards for a deck to perform at its true potential. Blackwing Armed Wing, Blackwing Armor Master, Blackwing - Silverwing the Ascendant, and Blackfeather Dragon are all Synchro Monsters. They DO NOT go in your Main Deck. Breeze, Mistral, Elphin, Gust, Fane, and Ghibli are all horrible cards. Winged Kuriboh is random and unnecessary. And if you don't care about forbidden cards, where's Pot of Greed? Where are Raigeki and Harpie's Feather Duster? These were three of the most powerful staple cards in the game prior to the ban list. Yet you don't run them.

Middle City (Burden + King Tiger Wanghu), but that's hardly meta. Compulsories, Bottomless Trap Holes and Kycoo (against Vayu Turbo only) will also help, lightning vortex will help espeically if they fill up their field in their 1st turn (Ihave a blackwing deck i know)

Blackwing Armor Master and Blackwing Armed Wing are pretty much essential. 1 Blackwing - Silverwind the Ascendant is nice but not too necessary; really only if you play Vayu. Other than that, go with 2 Stardust Dragon, Colossal Fighter, Red Dragon Archfiend, Black Rose Dragon, Goyo Guardian, Brionac, Dragon of the Ice Barrier, Ally of Justice Catastor, and Chimeratech Fortress Dragon.
