You don't need any help, honestly.
Dogs have been having pups for thousands of years.
Leave the pup with its mother and all will be well.
They may need a trip to a veterinarian in a few days, but do nothing and let nature take its course. make sure that they are warm and comfortable and that the mother has access to food and water.
