There is one black Philips screw holding it near the door lever. Additionally there are two more hex bolts hidden near the dead center of the door covered by a little panel painted the same color as the door skin.
You will also have to remove the power window switch be able to pull the panel off. You'll have to give it some force to pull the panel off.
