I don't know specifically but there is almost never a large number of fuses in a car. It wouldn't hurt to check them all because any blown fuse would need to be replaced.
Check the motor for the wipers.
The number eight fuse is the fuse that controls the windshield wipers. The number eight fuse can be found in the first column, second from the bottom.

The wipers of a Subaru Legacy will stop working if the fuse has blown or the motor is defective. The wiring harness may also become corroded or loose.
Same problem happened with my seicento, check to see if the fuse has gone, if it has, replace it and it should work fine
