There are a number of reasons your dog is vomiting. Please take your dog to your vet. immediately!!! Another concern is that your dog is eating only 3 or 4 days. Share this information with your vet. There can be a number of reasons. Your dog can be sick, he or she could have eaten something that was bad for him. Write in a journal everything you know your dog has consumed in the last few weeks. (And be HONEST!) If you do not keep track of that, then start. The only thing your dog has, is you. I'd also be concerned that it may have heartworm, etc. Do you use heartguard, etc? All my best to you and your dog!
A visit to the vet if he begins vomiting or acting strangely.
Take the dog to a veterinarian!!!
A dog's "poop" is usually called, stool. Example, if your dog has blood in its poop you would say, "there is blood in my dog's stool."
Regardless of whether your dog ate hot dogs, if he is vomiting blood and shivering, this calls for an emergency visit to your nearest animal clinic.

Could be several things: gastric ulcers, swallowed a foreign object... The vomiting blood is stomach related, hence the dog would also not want to eat. The white gums are a result of dehydration which occurs because of the desire to not drink as well as eat. ~FloKIng Minneapolis, MN
A dog who have vomited undigested food and is now shivering, may be shivering because of the vomiting. This sometimes frightens a dog. The dog may also be having an allergic reaction to something it ate or came in contact with.
Your dog could have pancreaitis
if your dog is vomiting that means he\she is sick or has worms.
Vomiting
Vomiting and diarrhea could be indicative of many different problems. However, regardless of the cause, continued vomiting or diarrhea will lead to dehydration which, left untreated, can lead to death. Take your dog to the Vet for proper diagnosis and appropriate treatment.
Call the vet.
Yes
No, if your dog is vomiting, monitor it closely and take it to a vet.
This is not math but it might be a serious problem. If your dog is vomiting 2 or more times in a day or continuously vomiting every day, you should bring you dog to the hospital. If you don't want to for some reasons, maybe feed your dog only dog foods. Do not give human food for a while. This happened to my dog... We was going to bring our dog to the hospital next day after 3 days watching. Our dog gets better and vomited less before that after we stop feeding human food and only the dog food. WATCH YOUR DOG FOR OTHER UNUSUAL BEHAVIOURS!!! I suggest to check in with hospital if your dog still did not get better.
