The Recycle Bin in used by Windows computers to store deleted items. It temporarily stores files and folders before they are permanently deleted. You can open the Recycle Bin by double-clicking the icon on the Windows desktop. The Recycle Bin window allows you to delete items individually or restore them to their original location. If you want to permanently remove all items in the Recycle Bin, select "Empty the Recycle Bin" in the left sidebar of the window.
First you choose the icon that you want to delete.Next you find the "Recycle Bin" icon.Then click and drag the chosen icon to the "Recycle Bin" icon.That is how you would delete an icon off of your computer!

On the bottom right corner of the page, look for the arrow icon button. Run your mouse over that and there will be a scroll-up menu that appears. The recycle icon is at the very top of that, and when you click on that, you will be able to delete your plots.

Hover over the travel icon that is next to the plow tool there will be a recycle icon.
YesAll you have to do is right click on the recycling bin icon on your desktop and go down the list to empty recycle bin and then click yes.ORYou can double click on the recycle bin icon on your desktop and look at what is in your recycling bin before you empty it and you can click on empty recycle bin after you open recycling bin!!
When you say "concerning icon" I'm not sure what you mean. However I'm going to assume that you mean the icon has dissapeared and it just looks like a blank page instead of the recycle bin icon. This can be from manny reasons but should be able to be fixed easily. Open my computer fro the start bar, and on the side menu scroll down until you get to the recycle bin. Select it then copy it and paste it on your desktop and remove the old recycle bin.
The icon that represents the Window's Recycling Bin is a trash can. Normally, it is in the top left corner on your desktop.
