You can reconfigure the recycle bin so deleted files don't go there. Just right click the recycle bin, select properties, check the "Do not move deleted files to the recycle bin" checkbox You can't, the recycle bin is required to stay permanently on your computer to rid of files you don't need.

actually you get is a recycle bin .. if its a XP ver.

Click on "Start" followed by clicking on "Search" and a window called "Search Results" will be displayed. Towards the middle-top of the window, you will see the word "Folders" along with a Folders "icon". Click on either the word "Folders" or the Folders "icon" and the left side of the window will now display the path of the Recycle bin. In actuality, the Recycle bin is a subset or "child" of the "Desktop" folder.

For windows XP get yourself a copy of diskternals. I have had some very good results in the past with this program.
In order to delete the Windows XP virtual machine that you created simply right click the virtual machine that you wish to delete, select "Remove" in the menu that appears, then select "Delete all files". After that, if you wish to delete your .ISO file, move it to the recycle bin and then empty the recycle bin.
