The harpy eagle is considered one of the largest Birds of Prey, is much stronger and more powerful in comparison, and could easily outweigh a red-tailed hawk. No doubt about it.

I think if a golden eagle is able to kill a wolf, then a harpy eagle is able to kill a hawk, no contest.
