Sublinguitis is inflammation in the sublingual gland. It can be caused by mumps, a stone in the salivary duct, tumors, and bacterial parotitis.
The reddish brown discharge in your cat's eye could be caused by an eye infection, injury, allergies, or a blocked tear duct. It is important to have your cat examined by a veterinarian to determine the exact cause and receive appropriate treatment.
It usually happens due to poor oral hygiene when ill. A viral infection (mumps) may be another cause and a blocked duct due to stones can also cause it.
A blocked bile duct can affect the appearance and consistency of stool by causing it to become pale or clay-colored, greasy or oily, and have a foul smell. This is because bile, which is produced by the liver and stored in the gallbladder, helps to break down fats in the digestive system. When the bile duct is blocked, the body may not be able to properly digest fats, leading to changes in stool color and texture.

In pigs, the duct from the gallbladder is called the cystic duct, which merges with the common hepatic duct to form the common bile duct. This common bile duct then carries bile from the liver and gallbladder to the duodenum for digestion.
Hepatic duct is attached with liver. The union of hepatic duct and cystic duct forms common bile duct.
